Whether it's a membership fee under our savings guarantee or a product that arrived damaged — we keep refund rules transparent so your procurement team always knows what to expect.

  • If we cannot demonstrate at least 10% savings on your benchmark categories within the first 90 days of membership, we refund your entire annual subscription fee.
  • Savings are measured against your submitted baseline invoices for the same product categories and quantities.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@hospkart.com with supporting invoice copies.
  • Approved membership refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
